Now 38th in the world, de Minaur isn’t just a flash in the pan and continues to play great tennis. A Semi-Finalist at the Shenzhen Open before being knocked out at the Japan Open last week in the second round by Stefanos Tsitsipas, in which he managed to claim a set. The young Australian won’t want to flirt with form and should be far too good for Vasek Pospisil, clearing the 2.5 game line.

Kyle Edmund (-2.0) @ $1.93

After bombing at the US Open in the first round, the Brit is starting to find some form again reaching the Semi Finals at the China Open. His opponent here is Filip Krajinovic who made the Quarter Final at the China Open before being smashed by Del Potro. Since returning from injury, the Serbian is still yet to find the form that saw him launch into the top 40 at the end of 2017 suggesting his ranking is significantly inflated at the moment. Of Krajinovic’s four wins since returning, none of been top 50 players indicating that the 16th ranked Edmund should take this out clearing the 2-game line.

Nikoloz Basilashvili @ $2.44

This man is on fire at the moment! Took a set off Nadal at the US Open a month ago in their Round of 16 clash, and the Georgian has now won his second ATP title for the year at thee China Open with wins over top 20 players Jack Sock, Kyle Edmund and Juan Martin Del Potro in the Final. Will perhaps go into the Shanghai Masters slightly fatigued against a quality opponent in Denis Shapovalov, but the $2.44 on offer head to head is way overs for someone who is now a proven player on the tour. Basilashvili will leapfrog Shapovalov in the updated rankings moving to 23 in the world, and can beat the Canadian for the second time this year.
