Chelsea are ready to sign Atletico Madrid attacker Antoine Griezmann. The no.7 star has scored 17 goals in La Liga this season while he has also created 47 chances. The Blues could certainly do with another forward option with Griezmann capable of operating effectively either up front or out wide. (Don Balon)
