Las Palmas defender Mauricio Lemos is on Luis Enrique's radar and Barcelona have already made an offer for the player.
The 20-year-old Uruguayan has impressed during his the 2015/16 season and is on the radar of several European clubs.
However the bid from the Catalan club of €4 million has been rejected by the Canary club according to 'Canarias7'.
Los Amarillos signed the central defender just a few weeks ago to a contract stretching to 2021.
Indeed, with a buy-out clause that reportedly stands at €30m he seems set to stay in the Canary Islands for now.
After Lemos spent a successful loan spell at Estadio Gran Canaria from Rubin Kazan, Las Palmas decided to use their option to sing the player for €2m.
