Carlo Ancelotti says Real Madrid are confident of beating Barcelona in Sunday night's Clasico, and insists he has never gone into a game looking for a draw.
Real are a point behind Barcelona going into the the clash at the Nou Camp, but Ancelotti insists that is more motivation for his side.
"Barcelona are on a better run than us, it's a complicated and difficult match for both teams," he said.
"We're very confident going into this game because it's an opportunity to return to the top of La Liga if we win.
"Our aim is this: to play our game. To play the best possible match in every aspect: in defence and attack. To show personality, character and impose our style of play.
"I've never taken a draw in my career. We have the quality to win the game, as do Barcelona.
"No-one will take a draw. It's an important game for the club and the Madridistas, as it is for Barcelona. It's a match with a worldwide image and we have to enjoy it."
Ancelotti put any doubts over Cristiano Ronaldo's fitness to bed on Saturday, insisting the club's top scorer is raring to go for the clash.
Ronaldo has gone off the boil with nine goals compared to Lionel Messi's 20 since the winter break, but scored in October's Clasico, a game Real won 3-1.
"He's in good shape. He has put in a good week in training and he's firing on all cylinders in this respect, as are all the players," said Ancelotti.
"He has done very well in recent games and he rescued us against Schalke. He has scored goals, given an assist and has shown good form.
"I'm not going to ask more from him than the rest of the players. The team has to stick together in all areas."
