It was a long time coming but Adelaide finally got their first win of the season and they were able to leap frog both Perth and the Central Coast in the process and climb off the bottom of the ladder. Meanwhile Sydney FC returned to winning ways with a grinding 1-0 victory at home to Newcastle. It was their first goal in 3 games as their struggles in front of goal continue but defensively they now have 6 clean sheets this season – double the next best. The Unders has been easy money in Sydney FC games and has saluted in 7 of their last . How it is again the underdog play is beyond all belief according to the Wolf. Sydney FC simply do not lose away from home and remain undefeated in their last 17 regular season away matches.
