We have expert betting tips for all NRL Round 11 games this week, which kicks off with the Eels vs. Tigers on Thursday night.
It was a crazy week of action in Round 10 and punters got the cash with many of the favourites winning. We’re hoping Round 11 is just as good, which features quality action throughout the week.
2020 NRL Round 11 – Preview, Expert Betting Tips & Odds
Thursday 23/7/20

7:50pm Parramatta Eels vs. Wests Tigers @ Bankwest Stadium

It was only a matter of time before the Parramatta Eels had a slip up and it came last week against the Sea Eagles.
Despite the loss, Parramatta did well to make a game of it in the concluding stages and that should give them confidence going forward.
However, they take on a Tigers team coming off a huge win over the Broncos. They looked sharp and they could test an Eels outfit which could be missing some stars.
Betting tip: Tigers +7.5 @ $1.90
Eels by 6

6:00pm North Queensland Cowboys vs. Manly Sea Eagles @ Queensland Stadium

The Cowboys did well to lead the Penrith Panthers last Sunday but class prevailed in the end. North Queensland has been struggling this season, which is surprising given their talent pool.
It’s a similar situation for the Manly Sea Eagles, which got their season back on track with a win over the Eels.
Keeping up that momentum is key now and they could make a push for a playoff position if that form continues.
Take the Sea Eagles in a close game.
Betting tip: Sea Eagles to win @ $1.73
Sea Eagles by 4

7:55pm Brisbane Broncos vs. Melbourne Storm @ Suncorp Stadium

It doesn’t get much worse than what the Broncos are offering up at the moment. After bring drubbed by 48-0 against the Wests Tigers, the Broncos are searching for answers.
We are not sure how their coach still has a job but it’s only a matter of time and the Storm could reiterate the fact this Friday.
The Storm routed the Titans last week and a similar result could be on the cards. Bookies have 18.5 points between them and that is fair given their respective form.
Betting tip: Storm –18.5 @ $1.90

Saturday 25/7/20

3:00pm New Zealand Warriors vs. Sydney Roosters @ Central Coast Stadium

Dark days are ahead for the Warriors, who are coming off a 36-point loss to the Sharks. It is about to get worse as they lose three star players for the rest of the season, so it doesn’t bode well.
The Roosters were upset against the injury-ravaged Raiders last Thursday night. Look for the reigning premiers to be much better this week and they could run up a big number on the Warriors.
The 23.5-point line seems high but we can’t see the Warriors putting up much of a fight and the Roosters can score points quickly.
Betting tip: Roosters –23.5 @ $1.90
Roosters by 38

5:30pm Cronulla Sharks vs. St George Dragons @ Netstrada Jubilee Stadium

Both teams are coming off wins in Round 10 but they were vastly different performances.
The Sharks thrashed the Warriors in a one-sided win, scoring a 46-10 victory over a hopeless Warriors outfit.
The Dragons faced a sizable deficit against the Bulldogs but they turned on the points late in the game. It was a stunning comeback in the dying stages and although the Bulldogs’ helped them, it should give them confidence.
Overall, the Sharks looked better and the odds are appealing.
Betting tip: Sharks to win @ $1.80
Sharks by 8

7:35pm Canberra Raiders vs. South Sydney Rabbitohs @ GIO Stadium

The Raiders are coming off a confidence-boosting win over the Roosters and they could handle the Rabbitohs this week.
South Sydney almost pulled off a come-from-behind win over the Knights last week but being down by 20 points is never easy to come back from.
For the Raiders, it was a much-needed win as they have suffered plenty of injuries. However, they could use that confidence and score consecutive wins.
Betting tip: Raiders to win @ $1.52
Raiders by 4
Sunday 26/7/20

2:00pm Newcastle Knights vs. Canterbury Bulldogs @ McDonald Jones Stadium

It was a game of two halves for the Knights last week against the Rabbitohs. They led by 20 points but held on to score a two-point win.
They will be wanting a more polished 80-minute effort against the Bulldogs this week, who have the ability to cause teams a headache.
The Bulldogs looked to have the win against the Dragons but some comical play late in the game cost them the change to hold on.
Newcastle should have too much class and cover the 15.5-point spread.
Betting tip: Knights –15.5 @ $1.90
Knights by 22

4:05pm Gold Coast Titans vs. Penrith Panthers @ Cbus Super Stadium

There were some nervous moments for the Panthers against the Cowboys on Sunday, but they got the job done.
They remain in the top spot on the NRL premiership ladder and that spot shouldn’t come under threat against the Titans.
We gave the Titans a chance of covering the spread against Melbourne last week but they crumbled in the second half.
The Panthers are the better side and they shouldn’t be tested on Sunday afternoon.
Betting tip: Panthers –15.5 @ $1.90
Panthers by 18
