Is Craig Goodwin the next big star of the A-League?
Both Sydney FC and Adelaide United showed no signs of fatigue after their midweek FFA Cup battle, returning to the A-League to show their competition why they are the best in Australia with 3-0 wins against Melbourne City and the Central Coast Mariners. Craig Goodwin who moved back to Australia from Sparta Rotterdam in the preseason had an incredible week with a brace in both games.
The Wolf takes a look at all the action from round 4 of the A-League.

City look to bounce back from embarrassing defeat
City held all the cards to cause an upset against Sydney FC on Friday night including a home ground advantage and the Sky Blues coming off a midweek match with little time to recover. Despite that advantage they were smacked 3-0 and reminded that there is a long way to go before they are one of the top sides in the A-League.
Fornaroli is yet to score this season and as each match passes without him finding the back of the net, the pressure is building. The Uruguayan striker has been left isolated and needs some pace and creativity injected into the midfield to bring out the best in his game.
The Wolf thinks that City will get the win at AAMI Stadium.
BEST BETS: Melbourne City ($1.55)

ADELAIDE UNITED (WDDWW) ($2.07) v PERTH GLORY (LLDWW) ($3.25)
This promises to be an absolute cracker of a match with the Reds in sparkling form with wins in the FFA Cup over Sydney FC (2-1) followed by a strong showing in the A-League against the Mariners (3-0). The Glory are starting to play some very, very attractive football under Tony Popovic with glimpses starting to show in their win over the Victory (3-2) in Melbourne and Brisbane Roar (2-1). Tomislav Mrcela will miss this game after being sent off against the Roar.
This will be a battle between two of the in-form strikers in the A-League with Andy Keogh looking rejuvenated this season and Craig Goodwin arguably the best player in the competition at the moment. Keogh has scored in every game this season.
The Wolf thinks that both teams will score and the Glory will get the away win.
BEST BETS: Perth Glory-Draw ($1.72), Both teams to score – Yes ($1.62)
