To Win the Champions League;
- Bayern Munich 4.90- Real Madrid 6.80- Atletico Madrid 11.00- Man City 14.00- Juventus 16.00- Dortmund 16.00- Arsenal 22.00
The Gunners, who haven't finished top of their group since the 2011-12 season, needed to better the French side's result and they did their job in emphatic fashion, thrashing Basel 4-1 away from home thanks largely to a Lucas Perez hat-trick.
And with PSG failing to beat the Bulgarian champions it means thatArsene Wenger's men will go into Monday's Champions League last-16 draw as group winners.
Leicester were the other English club to finish top of their group but they ended their campaign in morale-sapping fashion with a 5-0 away defeat to Porto.
Claudio Ranieri made 10 changes from the side that lost to Sunderland in the Premier League on Saturday but few would have expected the Foxes - who had conceded just one goal in their previous five Group G games - to lose so heavily.
Manchester City, who were already certain of finishing second in Group C, concluded their qualifying campaign with a 1-1 draw at home to Celtic, while Tottenham ended their Wembley jinx with a comfortable 3-1 win over CSKA Moscow meaning they will now play Europa League football.
Who can get who
The last-16 draw will see the eight group winners paired against a club that finished runner-up in their group, however clubs cannot face a team from the same country or one that they have already faced in this season's competition.
It means that Arsenal or Leicester could be drawn against Spanish giants Real Madrid after the La Liga side let slip a 2-0 lead on Wednesday night to draw 2-2 with Borussia Dortmund and finish second in their group.
Another possible opponent for the Gunners or the Foxes is Bayern Munich who could only finish second in Group D behind Atletico Madrid.
For Manchester City, among their possible last-16 opponents areJuventus and Borussia Dortmund, though they can't get Barcelona after facing the Champions League favourites in the group stage.
*possible opponents for the English clubs
Leicester - PSG, Benfica, Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, Real Madrid, Sevilla
