More Wembley disappointment for Tottenham

Key Opta Stat 1: Tottenham have gone three Premier League home games in a row without a win for the first time a run of four in December 2013

Key Opta Stat 2: Mauricio Pochettino's side failed to score for the first time in 30 Premier League home games, since a 0-1 defeat against Leicester in January 2016

Key Opta Stat 3: Tottenham recorded a possession figure of 75% - their highest in a single Premier League match since Opta began recording this data in 2003-04

Tottenham briefly silenced their Wembley doubters with an impressive 3-1 Champions League victory over Borussia Dortmund in midweek, but they made it three league games in a row without a win at their temporary home when they could manage just a goalless draw with Swansea on Saturday.

It's perhaps not that Tottenham are struggling to perform at Wembley, but more that opposition teams are raising their game when they arrive at the national stadium.

In fact, as the third Opta Stat above suggests, Spurs have easily done enough in their last two home league games to take maximum points. They dominated possession against both Burnley and Swansea, and registered a staggering 54 shots at goal. Yet they scored just once.

So maybe it's just a matter of time before the Lilywhites start finding the net regularly at Wembley, and Mauricio Pochettino's men become serious title contenders. Spurs are available to back at 18.00 in the Premier League Winner market, and at 1.88 to record a Top 4 Finish.

Magpies flying high but Stoke continue to struggle on the road

Key Opta Stat 1: Newcastle have won three consecutive top-flight games for the first time since November 2014

Key Opta Stat 2: Stoke have enjoyed just one win in their last 11 away league games, drawing three and losing seven

Following two straight defeats to start the season, and a disappointing EFL Cup exit at the hands of Nottingham Forest, Newcastle were matched at just 3.00 in the Relegation market as rumours that Rafa Benitez was far from happy at the club began to surface.

But there's no better cure in football than winning matches, and the Magpies have now won three on the spin in the Premier League thanks to a 2-1 triumph over Stoke, taking them up to fourth in the table at the end of Saturday's matches.

You can back Newcastle at 9.80 to be relegated now, which is actually the same price as the Potters who continue to struggle on the road, taking just six points from the last 33 available.

And you can barely separate Newcastle and Stoke in the Top 10 Finish market either, with Mark Hughes' men just slightly more fancied to finish in the top half at 2.40, with the north east outfit trading at 2.60.

Stubborn Arsenal but improvement still needed

Key Opta Stat 1: Arsenal haven't won away at a 'big six' club in the Premier League since January 2015 (2-0 at Man City), losing eight and drawing six of their 14 matches on the road against these clubs

Key Opta Stat 2: This is the first time that Arsenal have failed to score in as many as three of their opening five league games in a season since 1998-99

Key Opta Stat 3: Arsenal have now failed to score in eight of their last 14 trips to Stamford Bridge in all competitions

Given how Arsenal have performed on the road this season - a 1-0 defeat at Stoke and a 4-0 hiding at Liverpool - they'll take great pleasure from securing a point and keeping a clean sheet at Stamford Bridge.

It was a well deserved point for Arsene Wenger's men who had much the better of the first half before against the champions, but the fact remains that the Gunners have now failed to win away from home against a fellow 'big six' club in 14 games.

Arsenal have also failed to score a single goal away from home anywhere in the league this term, and you have to have doubts about their Top 4 Finish chances, for which they can be backed at 2.70.

As for Chelsea, who failed to score a home goal for the first time under Antonio Conte, they are 7.00 third favourites to retain their title.
