Bet 1: Back BTTS in Espanyol v Celta Vigo @ 4/5 - KO 20:00 BST

We begin in La Liga for a fixture between two teams who have made poor starts to the season.
Espanyol are third from bottom having taken just one point from a possible nine and Celta Vigo are 16th having won one and lost two of their opening three fixtures.
The visitors were beaten 3-2 at home by Real Sociedad, before going down 2-1 at Real Betis. They bounced back last weekend with a 1-0 success over Deportivo Alaves, but they are back on the road tonight and they rarely keep clean sheets away from home.
The hosts need to bounce back from a 5-0 thrashing at the Nou Camp when they were last in action and prior to that they were beaten 1-0 on this ground by Leganes.
Scoring goals isn't usually an issue for them in front of their own fans however and they should enjoy some success against a leaky Celta Vigo defence.
As both teams desperately need the points, expect the pair of them to go for it from the off and BTTS seems like a decent price at 4/5.

Bet 2: Back Over 2.5 Goals in Gimnasia La Plata v Huracan @ 6/4 - KO 23:05 BST

It's not often that I tip goals in Argentina, but sometimes there are occasions when it is justified - especially at odds of 6/4.
Gimnasia La Plata opened up their Superliga campaign with a 4-4 draw against Defensa y Justicia. They failed to build on that next time as they lost 1-0 at Union Santa Fe, but they will be hopeful of earning their first win of the season in their first home match tonight.
Opponents, Huracan, have won one and lost one, and they have also progressed through to the next round of the Copa Argentina. Their two victories were both by a 1-0 scoreline, but they were both on their own patch and in their only away game, they were beaten 3-1.
There are enough high-scoring matches in their respective recent histories to warrant backing over 2.5 goals at the prices

Bet 3: Back Palmeiras @ 4/9 - KO 00:00 BST (Tues)

We finish in Brazil for Palmeiras' clash against Coritiba, and with the hosts needing victories to solidify their place in the top six, I think they should prove too strong for a Coritiba side who are struggling at the wrong end of the table.
Cuca's side have underperformed this term considering that they are the reigning champions. They exited the Copa Libertadores on penalties in an earlier round than they would have hoped and they are 16 points behind Corinthians at the top.
Nevertheless, when they are on their game they are very strong in front of their own fans and they can't afford to drop points in matches like this, otherwise they risk failing to qualify for next year's Libertadores.
A case can be made that the visitors are also in desperate need of points as they fight for their survival in the Campeonato. They are without a win in four though and they scored just one goal during that period. They might well stay up, but I can't see them picking up any points in this one.
