Sydney FC v Perth – (Fri 7:50pm)It was another memorable Sydney Derby and following some uncharacteristic defensive errors the Sky Blues had to battle for a share of the points. Their showed real champion qualities and the point was a valuable one after going down 2-0. They will look to get back in the winners circle against a Perth side that are coming off their first win of the season. In last weeks preview The Wolf said to keep an eye out on Taggart and Keogh and they delivered with a goal a piece. They are on fire at the moment but the Glory with have to overcome what is a horrific record against Sydney. The Sky Blues have won the last 5 meetings, have scored at least 3 goals in each of those contents with the combined score across those matches reading 18-2! It is one of the most dominant records we have seen in recent time in the A-League and the Glory’s eagerness to go forward has constantly left them exposed at the back. Sydney have been clinical in front of goal and The Wolf expects much of the same. The Over is 11-1 in the last 12 meetings so you will not want to look away for a single second!
Best Bet: Over 2.5 goals & Sydney ($1.85)
Value Bet: Over 3.5 goals ($2.35)
Wellington v Brisbane – (Sat 5:35pm)
Brisbane coach John Aloisi was calm in the press conference following the loss but the pressure continues to build. He has spoken about a disrupted preseason in recent weeks but The Wolf is not ready to let him off the hook. Last week he put out the oldest A-League side in history at over 31 years of age and his side a yet to score a goal in the second half this season – coincidence??? He is adamant that his side will go on a good run soon but Wolfy says he will have to wait at least one more week. They lose a defender in Corey Brown to a hamstring and that will only increase the average age. This one will be played predominantly through the middle if the Phoenix recent matches are anything to go by. They did well to restrict Melbourne City last weekend it took a McCormack thunderbolt to beat them. The Roar have managed just 4 wins in their last 21 away A-League matches which includes 4 straight losses dating back to last season. Aloisi’s struggles will continue.
Best Bet: Wellington WIN ($2.25)
Value Bet: Wellington Win Both Halves ($6.00)
Adelaide v Melbourne City – (Sat 7:50pm)Both sides are undefeated through three rounds  but it is City who have opened the season with three consecutive wins. The win over Wellington was far from convincing but their defence has been close to impenetrable. La Rocca has clearly benefited form a change of scenery but The Wolf says it is Jakobsen and Malik who deserve the bulk of the credit. Their work in midfield has been top shelf and they have really stepped up in the absence of Brandan. They face another tough test this week in Adelaide – a venue where they have walked away with maximum points in just 2 of their last 8. The Wolf has been raving on about Adelaide all season long but says their stamina will be tested this week after having played in the FFA Cup earlier in the week. They scored an upset win away to the Wanderers with Absalonsen again finding himself on the score sheet. When he and Mileusnic are in the line up who will find The Wolf almost exclusively tipping the Overs. The Reds have scored multiple goals in each of their last 3 matches across all competitions and The Wolf says the City defence will finally cracked wide open.
Best Bet: Both Teams To Score – YES ($1.50)
Value Bet: Adelaide Over 2.5 goals ($4.50)
Newcastle v Western Sydney – (Sun 5:00pm)
The Jets have been money for The Wolfpack this season and deserved the 3 points they took away from Suncorp Stadium. They were dealt a savage blow with Vargas sustaining a broken leg that will keep him out for the rest of the season. The Wolf isn’t ready to write them off just yet. The trio of O’Donovan, Nabbout and Petratos have more than just raised some eyebrows and will test the Wanderers defence from all angles. The Wanderers are really up against it according to The Wolf. They were involved in a epic Sydney Derby last Saturday and then went down to Adelaide in the FFA Cup just days later. Their fitness levels will be tested to say the least with all key personnel including Bonevacia, Riera and Cejudo playing their 3rd game in 8 days. The Wanderers are undefeated in their last 6 against the Jets but Wolfy says that streak will come to an end.
Best Bet: Newcastle WIN ($2.60)

Value Bet: HT/FT – Newcastle/Newcastle ($4.20)
Central Coast v Melbourne Victory – (Sun 7:00pm)In what is a true reflection of a bad teams the Mariners have taken the lead in all three of their A-League matches this season but have only a single point to show for it! They have conceded 9 goals this season – 4 of which have come in the final 10 minutes of matches. The Victory may be on the same points as the Mariners but The Wolf says not to be fooled by where Melbourne sit on the ladder. They have faced Sydney, Melbourne City and Adelaide – the three sides that The Wolf has joining the Victory in the top 4 heading into the finals. Melbourne were also hindered by the international break with several key players unavailable. Then there is the fact that they have been well in every match they have contested this season. Melbourne have won the last 4 and 10 of the last 11 meetings with the Mariners scoring just a single goals in their last 360 minutes of football against the Victory. Melbourne will start their charge up the standings.
Best Bet: Melbourne WIN ($1.95)
Value Bet: Teams To Score – Melbourne Only ($3.75)

Best Bets Round 4

Best Value Bet: Wellington Win Both Halves ($6.00)
