We have a real 50/50 contest in London this weekend and Betfair's boxing writer Frankie Monkhouse gives you the winner and method of victory...
Dillian Whyte v Lucas Browne
Saturday, 22:30 GMT
Live on Sky Sports
All the talk amongst boxing fans concerns Anthony Joshua's Cardiff meeting with Joseph Parker next weekend and how the outcome of that will shape the short-term future of the world heavyweight scene. Seven days earlier the 02 Arena, London provides the backdrop for a dust-up that'll tell us if the time is right for another apprentice to mix it with the full-timers.
The winner of Dillian Whyte vs Lucas Browne will fancy a crack at forcing their way onto the main stage but there's no guarantees who will come out of this intriguing match-up victorious, despite what odds compilers would have you believe.

Whyte came out of Joshua defeat with credit

Dillian Whyte goes in with a professional record of 22 wins from 23 contests, 16 of those coming by way of knockout. The popular Brixton banger lost the spare to AJ back in December 2015 - halted in the seventh round but, in a strange way, he came out of the fight with more credit than the champion and hasn't looked back since.
The 29-year-old Body Snatcher has won each of his half-dozen comeback fights, including a points decision over the well-respected Swede Robert Helenius last time, winning the ranking title - WBC Silver - in the process. That strap is on the line vs Browne. Whyte also beat Dereck Chisora on points during that purple patch and he's a value 2.24 to win bout number 24 on the cards. The KO/TKO is 3.25, a straight win 1.37. All three prices are available on the Betfair Exchange.

Knockout king Browne is a man in a hurry

Lucas Browne may not be the household name he hopes to be just yet but the unbeaten Australian-born fighter is going the right way about it. At 38-years-old he's a boxer in a hurrybut a CV showing 25 wins, 22 KOs, from 25 fights is driving him in the right direction. The gladiator in the away dressing room has halted each of the last four opponents placed in front of him and that will keep some members of Team Whyte up at night.
That run includes a career best over Ruslan Chagaev - the 6ft 1nch southpaw who has lost only twice before to Wladimir Klitschko in 2009 and Alexander Povetkin two years later. Browne paid no heed to his reputation and got Chagaev out of there in 10 rounds. Matthew Greer was brought in to keep him warm but didn't do much of that, failing to complete two rounds. Another KO/TKO is 6/1, a market best price on the Sportsbook, the win 3.95.

Patience is needed from Whyte

This is a fascinating contest and credit must go to both men - Browne for taking the fight in his opponent's backyard and Whyte for risking his progress against such a dangerous opponent. Whatever the result, boxing fans have a genuine contest here, something that's not said nearly enough in heavyweight boxing.
Whyte and his backers will know the danger of being caught by a heavy-handed opponent but they will also know it'll be worth taking a 38-year-old into deep water and seeing if he can swim. Side with the Londoner to win on points at 2.24.
