Bet 1: Back BTTS in Blackpool v Wigan @ 7/10 - KO 19:00 BST
One of the more interesting fixtures in today's EFL Trophy is Blackpool v Wigan and I fully expect there to be goals at both ends.
These two teams are now in League One, but they came in from different directions. Nevertheless, they have both started the season well, as the newly promoted, Blackpool, are up in eighth place, while Wigan are in second.
They have actually already met in another cup competition this term as they faced off at the DW in the EFL Cup. The Latics ran out 2-1 winners and a similar type of scoreline wouldn't surprise me here.
This selection would have landed in four of Blackpool's five outings this year and the same can be said for four of Wigan's six.

Bet 2: Back BTTS in Chesterfield v Bradford @ 4/5 - KO 19:00 BST
There will be more goals to come at the Proact Stadium between Chesterfield and Bradford as neither of them have looked defensively sound of late.
The hosts are now in League Two following their relegation from League One last year, but they have still lost three of their first four fixtures at this new lower level. Conceding goals has been a real issue for them as they have shipped nine thus far, but they have at least scored in three of the four matches themselves. It was also a similar story in the cup as they were beaten 4-1 at Sheffield Wednesday.
The visitors were involved in a six goal thriller on Saturday as they drew 3-3 at Walsall. Prior to that their previous two games had finished 1-0 - one in their favour and one against - but three of their five matches in all competitions this season have ended with both teams getting on the scoresheet.

Bet 3: Back Coventry @ 11/8 - KO 19:45 BST
Our final selection comes from the Ricoh Arena as I'm backing Coventry to put two defeats behind them and beat a Shrewsbury side who are undefeated in the league above them.
That might sound a bit foolish, but the Sky Blues are the current holders of this trophy and that should at least mean that they will take it seriously and play with a bit of pride. They have had mixed fortunes in the England's fourth tier this year, but they have looked decent on occasion.
The Shrews have made a flying start to their League One campaign as after finishing down in 18th the year, before, they are currently unbeaten after four games of this season - collecting 10 points in total.
Given that, I would imagine that manager, Paul Hurst, will view this competition as a hindrance, and I very much doubt that he will play a full strength Xi this evening.
