Taxing issues give PSG surprise rest

While the Group C leaders Napoli face a crucial match at Liverpool, PSG have a somewhat easier looking final fixture away at Red Star Belgrade.
If PSG can win their match in Serbia then they will top the group, as long as Napoli fail to win in Liverpool. In a campaign in which they tasted an early defeat at Anfield and twice drew with Napoli, the French champions can be pleased that they have got themselves back into a position where they are largely in control of their own destiny.
PSG won the reverse fixture 6-1 and come into this match off the back of an impromptu period of rest. Their scheduled match against Montpellier on Saturday was postponed due to security fears in Paris, where violent protests against fuel tax have taken place over the weekend.
Red Star have lost all three of their away games in the competition, but have impressed at home against heavyweight company. They have drawn with Napoli and beat Liverpool at the Rajko Mitic Stadium and are still in with a chance of qualifying for the Europa League, if Liverpool are defeated on Tuesday.

PSG will get job done early

Though Red Star have done very well at home, you have to assume that PSG will come away with the win they need.
The 3-2 defeat to Liverpool is the only loss that PSG have suffered this season and they have been unbeaten in the subsequent 15 games (W11 D4). Their last three wins have seen the leading by the break, as was also the case in the reverse fixture. Back PSG to win half-time/full-time at 1.65.
