America MG's promotion hopes to be dealt a blow

America Mineiro and Vitoria BA were both relegated from Serie A last season, but with just three games to go of the current campaign, neither of them are in the promotion places.

Only the hosts have a chance of making the top four - they are fifth, two points behind both third and fourth. They have won their last two - both to nil - but their opponents are in decent form.

The visitors are only 13th, but they are five unbeaten, and have lost just one of their last 10. As far as the goals go, this selection would have landed in three of their last four away from home.

Champions elect to entertain again

Bet 2: Back BTTS in Bragantino v Criciuma @ 5/4 - KO 22:15 GMT

Three wins in a row secured RB Bragantino promotion to the Brazilian top flight, but in truth, we have known for a while that Red Bull's latest acquisition were going to go up.

A fourth victory in a row would confirm them as champions, and while I expect them to achieve it, they haven't been keeping many clean sheets lately.

Criciuma are fighting for survival, as they head to the leaders in 18th place - four points from safety. A win over Londrina - their first in nine fixtures - kept their hopes alive, and they simply have to go for it here.

Top teams to produce goals

Bet 3: Back BTTS in Atletico GO v Parana @ 11/8 - KO 00:30 GMT (Sat)

More goals in our third and final selection, as fourth take on sixth, and with only three points separating them, I am expecting a humdinger of a game.

The stakes are high in this one, and both teams come into the match on the back of a win. It's the goal stats that I am focusing on though, and BTTS backers would have collected in three of the hosts' last four on this ground.

Parana have only failed to find the net in two of their last nine on their travels, and they scored twice at America Mineiro most recently.
