Inter need win against previously troublesome opponent

Slavia Prague may have no chance of emerging from Group F into the knockout stages of the Champions League, but they have caused plenty of disruption for two European giants along the way.

The Czechs came close to beating Inter in the reverse fixture before conceding a late equaliser. Then in their most recent Champions League outing, they drew 0-0 away at Barcelona.

With Inter losing their away games at Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund, they really need to win their two remaining matches if they are to have any hope of qualifying. They won't underestimate Slavia Prague after struggling against them at home and perhaps that will help them to achieve the focus needed to claim the first of their required wins.

Inter have certainly kept their focus since losing to their Serie A title rivals Juventus in October. Since that defeat - their only loss in Italy this season - they are unbeaten in six league games (W5 D1) and are now only a point behind the leaders Juventus.

Conte's team can handle the heat

Slavia Prague were extremely unlucky not to claim a famous victory by beating Inter at the San Siro and with their draw at Barcelona, you could easily make an argument for them being able to cause another upset.

Yet Inter can also claim to have been unlucky in their away matches at Barca and Dortmund, with the Italians taking a lead in both matches before ultimately losing. They have been incredibly consistent away from home in Serie A this season, winning all seven of their matches on the road.

Antonio Conte's side are handling the pressure of their domestic title race admirably and odds of 2.24 for the away win are big enough to back them to do likewise on this occasion.
