What To Expect

The Dogs started slowly in there opening JLT Series fixture against Melbourne in week 1, before having a massive 12 scoring shots in the final quarter alone. This final quarter will put them in good stead against a side they have a terrific recent home record against. In their last two meetings at Etihad, the Dogs have thumped the Lions by 72 and 53 points. For the Lions, they have no option other than to play a strong side and attempt to get some form leading into round 1. Dayne Beams makes his return from a knee injury and this will give the likes of Rockliff and Zorko a boost, as they have had to carry the load throughout the 2016 season.

With their impressive home record and the return of the Bont, the Wolf can see an easy cover here for the Dogs.
