The difference in class between these sides is so great there can surely be only one winner at Parc des Princes on Saturday afternoon.

Marseille have had a tough week but stand a decent chance of bouncing back on Sunday afternoon.

Rudi Garcia's men lost 5-1 at home to arch-rivals PSG last Sunday night before giving a much better account of themselves but losing for a second time in four days they were beaten 4-3 at home (aet) by Monaco in the French Cup on Wednesday night.

Marseille obviously have to defend better but their improvement against Monaco should stand them in good stead for this trip.

Lorient won't be anywhere near as fearsome an opposition as the last two teams Marseille faced - the struggling hosts are bottom of Ligue 1, have the division's worst defensive record and have lost their last four matches in all competitions.
