Bet 1West Ham (HOME) @ 2.25 (5/4)
The Hammers pulled off the biggest surprise of the opening weekend by putting some in-different Europa League performances behind them to win 2-0 at The Emirates. I'm not for a moment suggesting that they can maintain that level throughout the campaign, but as we often find, teams who have to play European football before the league season starts, often make a fast beginning.
Today they take on Leicester, a club who are on the up following a wonderful run of form that kept them up last year. There were some who doubted the appointment of Claudio Ranieri to replace the out-going Pearson, but he couldn't have made much of a better first impression by leading The Foxes to a 4-2 win over Sunderland.
They did play well that day, but they were helped enormously by some truly shocking defending and this will be a different test entirely. It's also worth remembering that Leicester's exploits since the spring have mainly come at home, and West Ham are usually strong in front of their own fans.

Bet 2West Brom (AWAY) @ 3.4 (12/5)
This selection may raise a few eyebrows but I'm quite confident that West Brom can take all three points at Vicarage Road.
Watford would have been pleased with the point that they earned at Everton, despite the fact that they lost the lead twice. It keeps their momentum going from last season and they will be hopeful of building on the result in their first home game.
It won't be easy for them though and I still think that they lack a little bit of class at this level.Tony Pulis will have his players well organised and I wouldn't ready too much into their defeat against Man City.
The Baggies won at both Old Trafford and Selhurst Park at the tail-end of the previous campaign and they are more than capable of winning here.

Bet 3Sunderland v Norwich (Over 2.5 goals) @ 2.37 (11/8)
This clash should all be about goals as both Sunderland and Norwich were involved in goal-fests last week.
Sunderland's defending at the King Power was truly atrocious and they were lucky not to concede more than they did. It was schoolboy stuff at times and the back four contains players who are prone to individual mistakes.
On the plus side, Dick Advocaat's men did find the net twice and the likes of Jermain Defoe and Steven Fletcher will fancy their chances at adding to the goals that they scored last week.
Norwich didn't quite concede as many as Sunderland - one less in fact - but their defending also left a lot to be desired. I would still class them as unlucky not to take anything from that game though as while they were beaten 3-1 by Palace, Alex Neil's side had a perfectly good goal ruled out by the referee and they also missed a fair few chances.
With both teams desperate to avenge an opening weekend loss, I sense a pretty attacking match at the Stadium of Light and that means that over 2.5 goals at odds-against offers plenty of value.

Bet 4Tottenham v Stoke (Under 2.5 goals) @ 1.9 (10/11)
We conclude at White Hart Lane as I just can't see many goals being scored when Spurs host Stoke.
Both of these clubs were beaten 1-0 last week and neither really looked like scoring that often. Tottenham have the finishing of Harry Kane and the guile of Christian Eriksen, but after that, the cupboard seems pretty bare.
Then we have Stoke, and while they are more pleasing on the eye these days, they really did look short of imagination against Liverpool. Xherdan Shaqiri has signed since then, but it will take him time to adapt to the English game and he still has plenty to prove despite a glowing reputation.
This has all the makings of a 1-0 or 1-1 scoreline, so under 2.5 at just shy of even money is definitely a must for this multiple.
