Barca can tie up group victory

Barcelona became the first team to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League in the last round of games, as their draw with Inter ensured their passage to the last-16.
Winning Group B would be confirmed with a victory at PSV. If they can do so they will bring an end to a run of three matches without a win. The draw with Inter was followed by a 4-3 home defeat to Real Betis and at the weekend it took a last minute equaliser to force a draw with Atletico Madrid.
It's been a poor start to the season by Barcelona's impeccable standards. Of their 13 league games, they have won only seven (D4 L2) and are fortunate that none of their rivals have found any consistency this season either, in what is shaping up to be the most open La Liga title race in years.
Over in Holland, there is no uncertainty as to who is number one. PSV have won all 13 of their Eredivisie games and lead Ajax by five points, but they have nevertheless struggled to win matches in a very tough group. So far they only have one point, earned in a home draw with Spurs.

PSV can find net

Under different circumstances Barcelona's motivation might be questioned, but they are badly in need of a win to restore some confidence and to enable them to concentrate on their La Liga campaign, where their form needs to improve.
The odds of 2.70 for Barcelona to win and both teams to score, looks to be good value. PSV have scored in each of their last three Champions League games, which includes both of their home matches. Barcelona have conceded in each of their last four matches, with clean sheets something of a rarity for Ernesto Valverde's team this season.
