Must win match for Monaco
Last season's Champions League semi-finalists are still searching for their first win in Group G, yet remain in the hunt for a place in the last-16.
Monaco must beat RB Leipzig and hope that the leaders Besiktas defeat Porto (preview here), which would set up a battle between three clubs for the runners-up spot in the group on the final matchday.
While it's no surprise that their Champions League form has suffered after a summer in which they lost many of their key performers, Monaco have continued to perform well in Ligue 1, where they are only six points behind unbeaten PSG.
Their opponents RB Leipzig are the same amount of points behind the Bundesliga leaders Bayern Munich, but are in somewhat erratic form of late. In their last five games in all competitions Leipzig have only won one game.
Cautious bet on a Monaco win
Monaco are the 2.40 favourites, with RB Leipzig at 3.05 and the draw at 3.80.
When these two sides met in the opening match of the group stage they drew 1-1, but the inflated price for another draw reflects the need of both teams to claim maximum points, with only two games remaining.
Leipzig have lost both of their away games in the competition by a two goal margin and this might be the night when Monaco claim that elusive win. Yet with this group have provided plenty of shocks so far, it makes more sense to back Monaco at the still relatively chunky 1.78 in the Draw No Bet market.
