Bet 1: Back BTTS in Sparta Prague v Crvena Zvezda @ 5/6 - KO 18:00 BST

We begin with the first of three Europa League third qualifying round second legs as Sparta Prague face an uphill battle to turnaround a 2-0 deficit that they suffered in Belgrade.

The Czech club are expected to win this match according to the odds and while they might just achieve it, I certainly believe that the visitors will be able to score.

Red Star didn't look out of place when they met last week - far from it, they won 2-0 - and they are in great form having won five and drawn two of their seven games since the new campaign began.

Sparta Prague have a richer recent history in Europa and while they have been pretty formidable on this ground, they have been prone to conceding the odd goal or two, making both teams to score an attractive price at just shy of evens.

Bet 2: PSV @ 13/20 - KO 19:45 BST

There was a big shock in Eindhoven last week as PSV were beaten 1-0 at the Philips Stadion, meaning that they now have to go to Croatia and win if they want to keep their European hopes alive this season.

I have to admit that I did not see the first leg of this tie but the stats suggest that PSV were wasteful with their chances. Manager, Phillip Cocu, will surely be demanding much better from his players this evening as defeats don't come too often - they lost just two league games last term.

Opponents, NK Osijek, are three matches into their new league campaign and while that does have some advantages, it also meant that they had to play on Sunday - against Dinamo Zagreb, no less.

They only finished fourth in the Croatian top flight last season, so they are far from world beaters and they could well feel the wrath of PSV tonight.

Bet 3: Marseille @ 4/5 - KO 19:45 BST

The third leg of our bet counts on Marseille travelling to Belgium and winning a game that they don't need to win, but after conceding two away goals in a 4-2 first leg win, I doubt that Rudi Garcia will field a weakened XI or allow his players to be complacent.

The French club have assembled a decent little squad, and with the Monaco sales in full flow, they will be eyeing a top two finish in Ligue One this year. They will also want to go far in this competition, and with an impressive pre-season to date, they will be keen to keep the momentum going here.

KV Oostende on the other hand have endured a miserable pre-season as after winning their first four friendlies, they have gone on to play six more games - drawing three and losing three.

It's also worth noting that their league form tailed off slightly in the final couple of month of the previous campaign, so despite their home advantage, I expect them to lose.

Bet 4: Back Under 2.5 Goals in Atletico PR v Avai @ 8/13 - KO 23:30 BST

Over to Brazil now to conclude today's Acca, as the two lowest scorers in the Brazilian Campeonato take each other on in what will surely produce a low-scoring affair.

Atletico PR have netted just 15 times in 17 outings so far this term and with 22 conceded at the other end, their matches are averaging 2.18 goals each time. An overwhelming 14 of their 17 have seen this selection land that includes their last three in front of their own fans.

The stats make even better reading when it comes to Avai as they have a mere 10 goals to their name and they have conceded less than Atletico PR as well - 20 to their 22.

When it comes to average goals per game, they have the lowest total in the entire division as their matches are averaging 1.76 goals per 90 minutes, and 14 of their 17 have also ended with the ball in the net on two occasions or fewer.
