Bet 1: Back BTTS in Ajax v Nice @ 3/4 - KO 19:45 BST

This is a Champions League 3rd Round Qualifying second leg, with the tie poised at 1-1 following last week's draw in France.

The big news ahead of this clash is that Mario Balotelli - the scorer for Nice in the first leg - will miss today's game through injury. That is quite the blow for Lucien Favre's side as the enigmatic Italian was rejuvenated in the French Riviera last season, scoring 15 Ligue One goals.

That being said, 'Les Aiglons' need to go to the Amsterdam Arena and attack as they have to score to have any chance of progressing into the final round before the group stage.

It won't be easy as Ajax made it all the way through to the Europa League final last year, but it is worth noting that they kept just the one clean sheet from the quarter-finals onwards and their opponents have scored in each of their pre-season friendlies.

Bet 2: Olympiakos @ 1/2 - KO 19:45 BST

This is another Champions League fixture as Olympiakos should be able to extend their 3-1 lead that they built in Serbia against Partizan last Tuesday.

The Greeks have more than one foot in the Play-offs given their healthy advantage, but they won't take their opponents likely and they certainly won't want to let them back into the tie.

Besnik Hasi's team have a pretty formidable record at the Karaiskakis Stadium and they topped the Greek Super League last season - finishing half a dozen points clear of their nearest challengers.

Partizan have started their domestic campaign already and have recorded two victories, but this is a different level to what they are used to, and they didn't even make it out of the qualifying rounds of the Europa League last season.

Bet 3: Sport Recife @ 20/21 - KO 23:30 BST

Today's third selection comes from the Brazilian Campeonato as Sport Recife appear to be excellent value to continue their revival under the leadership of Vanderlei Luxemburgo.

Sport have had their momentum checked slightly in recent weeks as they have lost three of their last five outings, but it is worth remembering that one was an away fixture in the Copa Sudamericana - a narrow 2-1 loss that keeps them in the tie - and the two in the league were at the hands of reigning champions, Palmeiras, and away at the seventh placed, Botafogo.

Other than that, it's been wins all the way for the Lion - eight in total - since a 2-2 draw at Atletico Mineiro back in June.

The visitors tonight are Fluminense and while they have had the benefit of a weekend off, their overall away profile isn't great. Admittedly they have picked up recent wins at Avai and Coritiba, but neither are on the same level as a trip to Recife, and I think they could struggle.

Bet 4: Back BTTS in Atletico GO v Gremio @ 10/11 - KO 01:45 BST (Thurs)

The fourth and final leg of today's Daily Acca is also a Brazilian Campeonato fixture as you shouldn't go too far wrong by backing both teams to score at Estádio Olímpico Pedro Ludovico.

The hosts are rooted to the bottom of the division having taken just a dozen points from their opening 17 matches. They did win last time out though, but they would have wanted an easier fixture than a game against the second placed, Gremio.

I would imagine that most pundits are expecting a comfortable away victory and while that may be the case, I still believe that Atletico GO will score at least once.

After failing to score in their first two home matches of the season, they have since gone on to find the net in six of their next seven. At the other end it's just one clean sheet in nine, and with Gremio being the top scorers in the league - 21 of their 32 coming on the road - I very much doubt that we're in for a 0-0.
