Napoli rooting for Manchester City

Napoli will be looking to bounce back after losing their first Serie A game of the season at the weekend and they have the perfect incentive to do so.

Their 14-match unbeaten run came to an end on Friday when they lost 1-0 at home to the reigning champions Juventus. Now they must ensure that they do not suffer a second disappointment in a week by qualifying for the last-16 of the Champions League, which is a task not entirely within their own hands.

Napoli must beat Feyenoord and hope that Manchester City defeat second place Shakhtar. That would bring Napoli level on points with the Ukrainians, who they now have a superior head-to-head record against, having beaten them 3-0 in the last round of games.

They should be confident of claiming victory against Feyenoord, who are one of only three sides to have lost all five of their Champions League group games this season. The Dutch champions are also struggling in the defence of their Eredivisie title, with Giovani van Bronckhorst's side currently fifth and 14 points behind the leaders PSV.

Napoli to win in style

Napoli are the 1.35 favourites, with the draw at 5.90 and Feyenoord at 10.50.
