The Daily Acca: A 4/1 Europa League fourfold

Bet 1: Back Ajax @ 1/3 - KO 19:45 BST

It's Ajax versus Rosenborg at the Amsterdam Arena in a tie between two teams who were knocked out of the Champions League.

The hosts had the tougher of the two games as they were up against Nice. They got a good result in the first leg in France - a 1-1 draw - but they could only draw the second leg on this ground and as the score was 2-2, they exited on the away goals rule.

Rosenborg were up against Celtic and they too started well with a 0-0 draw in Scotland. They were beaten 1-0 in Norway though and they received a further blow when they drew last year's runners-up in this competition.

Marcel Keizer's side are hardly firing on all cylinders yet as they lost their opening league match of the season at the weekend. They should have enough to come through this game though as they are a much stronger outfit.

Bet 2: Back Marseille @ 1/2 - KO 19:45 BST

Another 'penalty kick' now as Marseille should be able to ease past NK Domzale - even in Slovenia.

If Rudi Garcia's side take this competition seriously in the early stages this year, they could well turn out to be live contenders to go all the way.

The French club have begun well in Ligue One as they have won both of their matches to nil. The same can't be said of their opponents as Simon Rožman's men have drawn their last two outings.

They did do well to edge out Freiburg in the last round of this competition, but this is a different test entirely.

Bet 3: Back Everton @ 3/10 - KO 20:05 BST

An even easier task for a team comes at Goodison Park as Everton should be able to cruise past, Hadjuk Split, even if they don't play to their best.

The Toffees have invested heavily this summer and it's already paying dividends as Wayne Rooney scored the winner in their opening Premier League game on Saturday and Jordan Pickford and Michael Keane contributed to them keeping a clean sheet.

Opponents, Hadjuk Split, came through a tie against Brondby in the last round but the Norwegian side aren't quite what they were in the 90's.

The Croatians are a decent side in their own right, but they don't have the pedigreeof Everton and they exited the Europa League at this stage of the tournament last year.

Bet 4: Back Maritimo or Draw @ 5/6 - KO 20:30 BST

We conclude with the toughest task - based on the odds at least - as Portuguese club, Maritimo, look like decent value to avoid defeat at home to Dynamo Kiev.

The hosts finished sixth in their domestic league last year and they ended the campaign with very few defeats in the latter stages.

This evening they have to take on a strong Dynamo Kiev team, but Ukranians crashed out of the Champions League - losing to Young Boys on away goals.

The concern for Alyaksandr Khatskevich will be that they blew the 3-1 lead that they built up at home, and if they lost 2-0 in Switzerland, it doesn't say much about their ability to cope on their travels. In fact, they haven't won away from home in Europe since 2015.
