Bet 1Back Aston Villa @ 3/4 - KO 19:45 BST
The pressure was on Steve Bruce and his Aston Villa side at the weekend as they went into their game against Norwich on the back of two very disappointing defeats and performances.
Conor Hourihane hat-trick later and the spring will have returned to Steve Bruce's step. Villa won the game 4-2 and they will be hoping to kick on now and go on a run of victories.
Even though this is an EFL Cup tie, I very much doubt that Bruce will want to halt any momentum and I would imagine that he will play a slightly stronger XI than the one he fielded at Colchester in the previous round. However, even if he doesn't, that crop of players still managed to get the job done regardless.
Tonight's visitors to Villa Park are League One's Wigan and they have made a very bright start to the campaign with four straight victories - one in this competition and three in the league.
All of those fixtures were against teams who are vastly inferior to Aston Villa though and I'm not convinced that Paul Cook's men will be able to compete back against Championship opposition - they were relegated last year after-all.

Bet 2Back Over 2.5 Goals in Norwich v Charlton @ 11/20 - KO 19:45 BST
To our second EFL Cup fixture of the day now as I'm expecting goals at Carrow Roadbetween Norwich and Charlton.
Daniel Farke's hosts have had a mixed time of things this term as they've won two and lost two of their four competitive games to date.
One thing that has been relatively consistent though is that their matches have been high-scoring affairs. Three of the four have seen this selection land quite comfortably - they have all gone over 3.5 goals - and the other only just missed out as it finished 2-0.
Charlton have won three of their four outings, with the only blip being a 2-0 defeat at Plymouth. They warmed up for this game with a 4-1 win over Northampton on Saturday and they have also beaten Exeter 2-1 this year.
I very much doubt that Karl Robinson will send his men to East Anglia to defend, so expect plenty of fireworks.

Bet 3Back Sevilla @ 2/5 - KO 19:45 BST
It was this time last week that I was quite high on Istanbul Basaksehir's chances to avoid defeat in the first leg of their Champions League Play-off against Sevilla, and while they put up a good fight, they eventually lost 2-1.
I have no such reservations about Sevilla's ability to win the second leg in their home of the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium. They have an excellent record in front of their own fans. and even though they were held their by Espanyol on Saturday, it is highly likely that they had one eye on this fixture.
Given that this tie is still in the balance, I doubt that Eduardo Berizzo will take any chances with his selection this evening, and despite the Turkish club being a much improved team, they will simply be no match for Sevilla in Spain.
