We can never be 100% certain but it looks like the morning starters are the ones to side with in America this week. Although there doesn't appear to be a huge advantage, the wind is set to increase throughout the day, starting at 8km/h at 7am finishing up with gusts around 19km/h at 7pm.

Boo Weekley showed himself to be back in fine form last week when partnering Jordan Spieth in the final round at the Travelers, eventually finishing fifth. He has an early tee time and this week's tough course looks like it could be a perfect match for Weekley's supreme ball striking. 100/1 looks more than reasonable.

Morgan Hoffman brings both recent form and course form to the table; a rarity in this event, on a course that few have experienced in competition. Hoffmann has been in the top 30 in five of his last six events and finished sixth when the Web.com Tour visited TPC Pontomac in 2010, he looks a likely candidate for a good week.

Recently Ollie Schniederjans has had a bit of enforced time off. He failed to qualify for the US Open but revealed on his Twitter that he was actually in need of a bit of a break. Now that he's presumably had a bit of R&R, he should be ready to go and with Betfair a big standout 100/1, I'm not about to leave him out. Get in there quickly before it's gone!

Sam Horsfield missed the cut on his first start as a pro at the St Jude Classic earlier in the month, but you can bet your bottom dollar he won't be missing cuts for long. The Englishman has a big reputation, generated from a stellar amateur career in the States. Hopefully he's got any first pro start nerves out of his system and we'll see a different player this week.
